A. Darren Reay the MD of WDL has sold luxury watches since April 2001 on ebay.

Q. Are all of your watches genuine?
A. All watches sold by WDL are GUARANTEED 100% GENUINE AND EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED OR DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK - ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUMENTS!!. We sell both new and used watches and ONLY deal with impeccable well established suppliers when buying stock.

Q. Do you sell used watches?
A. Yes WDL sell both new and used watches.

Q. Are you an authorised dealer for any of the brands that you sell?
A. No. Authorised dealers are not allowed to sell their watches below RRP or sell them on the internet. They are not allowed to sell used watches on the internet either. All of our new watches come from authorised dealers and are 100% genuine. All of our used watches have been fully checked and verified.

Q. Can the watch be sent to my work/business address?
A. If you pay by cheque, bank transfer, cash or Wire transfer your timepiece can be dispatched to ANY address you choose. Credit/Debit card transactions can ONLY be delivered to the registered card holders address as registered with the issuing bank. Certain exceptions can take place but this is judged on a 'case by case' basis.

Q. Can I collect from your office?
A. Of course you can. You MUST make an appointment to view or collect any watch as we DO NOT keep stock at our London SE1 Office for security purposes. We are not a shop and cannot accept visitors who do not have a prior appointment. Please call us first to ensure the item is an in stock item and not a 'special order' item which would normally take around 7-10 days to arrive in stock.

Q. Do you ship WORLDWIDE?
A. Yes we ship WORLDWIDE however there are certain countries that we cannot ship to. International customers must pay by either wire transfer or PayPal (confirmed delivery addresses only).
