- If you are from the London or surrounding areas you are most welcome to come and collect your order from our London SE1 office (strictly by appointment only) which is right next to the OXO Tower on the Southbank of the Thames.
- International orders are very securely packaged and sent using Fedex Worldwide Express.
- EU clients can expect to receive in 48hrs, further afield is normally 2-4 days depending on locationTracking details are provided to the client so that they can track the progress of their shipment.
